🔹 Technician Verification—Technician qualifications are maintained in the LOG Book Pro application. When a technician checks into the equipment associated with the Equip ID tag, their qualifications are verified instantly. Qualified individuals can perform service; unverified users are restricted. 
🔹 Dynamic Task List—The system can generate real-time maintenance tasks based on sensor data from All Scientific's partner Remcom’s monitoring sensors, external factors (weather and door usage), and historical performance.
